No. Submitting the form sends an order request. We will review your requested date, products and requirements before emailing you with availability and the final price.

Your order is confirmed only after the required payment has been completed.

Please give as much notice as possible, especially for large, bespoke or catered orders. Short-notice requests can still be submitted, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. Cupcakes, tray bakes and catering requirements can all be added to the same basket and submitted together.

Contact us as soon as possible and quote the order reference included in your acknowledgement email. Changes depend on availability and how close the order is to the required date.

Cupcakes are ordered in multiples of six, from 6 up to 120 per flavour through the online basket.

Yes. Choose a quantity for each flavour and add each one to the basket separately.

Yes. Use the design notes section of the order form to describe your colours, theme, decoration or personalisation ideas. We will confirm what can be provided.

Tray bakes can be ordered in quantities of one. Select the number required for each product and add it to your basket.

Yes. You can combine different brownies, blondies, slices and seasonal products within the same order request.

Seasonal products change throughout the year and are subject to availability. We will confirm the current options after receiving your request.

Catering enquiries are welcome for children’s parties, birthdays, afternoon teas, family gatherings, celebration buffets, meetings and corporate events.

Yes. Children’s options may include party food boxes, sandwiches, pizza, sausage rolls, crisps, fruit, drinks, cupcakes, sweet cones and party bags.

No. The Bronze, Silver and Gold packages are starting points. Contents can be discussed according to ages, guest numbers, theme and dietary requirements.

Larger events can be requested through the catering form. We will review the date, menu and practical requirements before confirming whether the event can be accommodated.

Many orders are customised. Decoration, quantity, delivery, catering requirements and personalisation may affect the final price, so each request is reviewed before a quotation is sent.

We will email you after reviewing the request. The email will confirm availability, final pricing and payment instructions.

The required payment or deposit will be explained in your quotation email. Your booking is not confirmed until the requested payment has been received.

Yes. The acknowledgement email includes a unique Bellatrix order reference. Please quote it when contacting us about your request.

Collection is from Lincolnshire by prior arrangement. The full collection details and agreed time will be confirmed privately after the order has been accepted.

Delivery can be requested, but availability and any delivery charge depend on the location, order and required time.

No. Collection times are arranged after the order and payment have been confirmed.

Dietary requests can be submitted through the order form. Please give full details so that we can review whether the request can be safely accommodated.

Yes. All allergies and intolerances should be declared clearly before an order is accepted, even if you believe the risk is low.

No guarantee should be assumed. Ingredients containing common allergens may be handled in the same kitchen or preparation environment. We will explain what can and cannot be safely accommodated before confirming the order.
