Behind Bellatrix & Buttercream is a lady who has been baking for more than a decade, developing her skills through years of family celebrations, special requests and a lasting love of making people happy through food.
What began with cakes made for friends and family gradually grew through recommendation and word of mouth. Each new celebration brought fresh ideas, new flavours and another opportunity to create something personal.
Over the years, the collection has grown to include cupcakes, tray bakes and carefully presented catering. The business may have developed, but the approach remains the same: make everything with care, pay attention to the details and treat every order as if it were being prepared for someone close.
There is no factory production line and no one-size-fits-all package. Each enquiry is considered individually, allowing flavours, quantities and presentation to be shaped around the occasion wherever possible.
